When you’ve got the goal, you need to build a plan for how to get there. The Career Coach has a planning tool where you can identify skills you’ve already achieved, and then choose skills you’re going to work on to help achieve your goal. We use the database to pre-populate the list of experience you need to attain. But you can change these skills to suit your need. And importantly add soft-skills to your set of goals
